The project is small and one person answers the mail, so there is a single channel: email. Write in English or in Russian.

The procedure and the timing are on the Rules and requests page. Requests are handled in 3 days.
What to include in your message
- A link to the page in our catalogue that your message is about.
- What exactly is wrong — the specific number or statement, not "everything here is off".
- Proof that the object is yours, if you are asking us to change or hide a card: a message sent from the channel or bot itself, or a post referring to your request. Without it we cannot tell an owner from a competitor.
What we do not do
We do not raise anyone's position for money, do not delete competitors' cards on a third party's request, do not sell links and do not run paid write-ups dressed up as a rating. The score is computed by the published formula, and there is no manual override — adding one would defeat the point of the project.
Data for developers
Machine-readable exports live in the section for AI agents: JSON at stable addresses, CC BY 4.0, no HTML parsing needed. If you need a slice that is not there, write to us — usually it is not hard to add.
